Help Shape the Future of the North-South Pulse

GRTC and its partners are inviting the community to share input on the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) planning study for the North–South Pulse corridor.

In-person meetings will be held October 6, 7, and 8 at 6 PM.

New Southside Microtransit Zone To Launch

This October, GRTC will launch a new LINK zone on Richmond’s Southside, expanding flexible, on-demand transit to more neighbors and destinations. As part of this change, Route 88 will be retired in 2026, with LINK covering the full service area while keeping riders connected to jobs, healthcare, schools, and shopping.

Indigenous Peoples' Day

On Monday, October 13, GRTC will operate on a weekday schedule without express service. GRTC Administrative Offices, including the Lost & Found Department, will be closed.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal Methodology FY 2026–2028

GRTC will host an online seminar on October 14 at 2PM to present the methodology for establishing the proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for upcoming projects. This seminar will also provide an opportunity for the public to ask questions and submit comments regarding the proposed DBE goal.
