GRTC’s Comprehensive Operational Analysis
Recognizing that transit systems must periodically be evaluated and modified to meet changing demand, the GRTC Transit System is completing a Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA) that reviews and recommends ways of making the company’s transit services more effective and efficient. The end result is a principal tool for the strategic planning and operation of GRTC’s public transportation services in the region.
