GRTC Employee Remote Support

GRTC employees needing technical assistance from the Information Systems Department may click this link below to allow a technician to access their computer remotely (i.e., while teleworking outside of the office). Once clicked, a remote support module called “Teamviewer” will launch. This does not install any software, and once remote access is done the program will close.

GRTC employees are reminded to first submit a Helpdesk Ticket to the Information Systems Department to request assistance.
