Quarterly GRTC Pulse (Bus Rapid Transit) Project Public Information Meetings are held January, April, July and October, unless otherwise noted. The purpose of these meetings is to provide an update on the status of the Project. Content of these meetings is identical; please plan to attend the meeting most convenient for your schedule. Members of the media are invited to attend.

The public comment period for this project's design closed in February 2016. The Public is welcome to submit general Public Comments at any time.

On February 8, 2016, the Richmond City Council voted to authorize the City's Chief Administrative Officer to sign the first legal agreement between the Project Partners. This adopted City Ordinance and the Project Development Agreement may be viewed through the City's Legistar site by clicking HERE. This document will allow the Project to continue to advance through the construction phase.
