If you lose one of the following urgent items, please contact GRTC immediately, and we will make every effort to locate and recover quickly:
If you lose your cell phone, please contact GRTC Customer Service immediately, and the Operator will check the bus at the end-of-the-line for the phone. If it is found, the Operator will secure the phone to be turned into Lost & Found for pick-up by the next business day.

Lost & Found is available by appointment only at GRTC until further notice! GRTC's Administrative Office is CLOSED to the public.
GRTC is not responsible for any personal items left on buses. All items turned in to Lost & Found will be kept for a maximum of 15 days, except for perishable items. Perishable items will be immediately discarded. Cell phones, bookbags and other personal items not listed as urgent above will be processed normally.
