NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
GRTC’s TITLE VI PROGRAM UPDATE

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requires recipients of Federal funds to review their Title VI program every three years. This meeting will provide an overview of GRTC’s Title VI Program and any recommended updates.
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 states that “no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance” (42 U.S.C. Section 2000d).

All written comments received via email prior to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2020 will be included in the meeting. During the Public Comments portion of the meeting, Carrie Rose Pace will read all comments received by the submission deadline, following the two-minute speaking time limit normally observed in GRTC public meetings.Download
