April Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of GRTC, RideFinders, and Old Dominion Transit Management Company will meet in person for a special session at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, at GRTC Headquarters, 301 E Belt Blvd. The agenda and Board Report for this meeting are accessible on GRTC’s website by clicking <a href="https://www.ridegrtc.com/about/board-of-directors-and-leadership/">here.</a> Public participation will be available through in-person participation at the address stated above. Video and audio of the meeting will be streamed live online and recorded for later viewing at the following web address: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/@ridegrtctransit/streams">https://www.youtube.com/@ridegrtctransit/streams</a> Citizens are welcome to provide their comments in person at the Board meeting or in writing in advance of the meeting. All advance written comments must be sent to <a href="mailto:marketing@ridegrtc.com">marketing@ridegrtc.com</a> or submitted via <a href="https://www.ridegrtc.com/public-comments/">form</a>. Advance comments received via email prior to 5:00 p.m. on the day before the meeting will be distributed to all members of the Board that night and will be included in the minutes of the meeting. During the Public Comments portion of the agenda, all written comments received by the submission deadline will be read into the record, following the two-minute speaking time limit normally observed in Board Meetings.
