WHERE: Broad Street between Lombardy and Belvidere Streets; Harrison Street between Marshall Street and Park Ave; Monument Ave between Stuart Circle and Chantilly Street. WHEN: Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 5:00 am until approximately 3:30 pm. GRTC Pulse: Both VCU & VUU Pulse stations will be closed during the race. Buses may serve the curbside along the route if stations are not accessible. Local routes 14, 19 (eastbound), 20, 50, 76, 77, and 78 will detour.
